How it all began...

Our first date! Look how little we are!

Well, every story has to start somewhere. For Josh and I, it started in 9th grade. Well, at least for me. Josh was unaware of my existence in 9th grade, but boy o boy did I know HE existed! We went to different middle schools and I was a student body officer at mine. Every time my school had a game with his school, I watched for him. I had never seen a boy so cute in my entire life. Even though I was probably taller than him at this point (we all go through those awkward junior high phases). He had the popular "shag" that we all know about, and when he'd do the hair flip thing I was a goner! I finally got to know his name from another girl he'd been flirting with, good thing I don't give up easily. Being the bold girl that I am, I Facebook messaged him and asked him if he was planning on wrestling next year for the high school. I got a message back saying that he was! YES! I was planning on being the manager for the wrestling team so this would work out perfectly! Come to find out later that he had absolutely no idea who I was even when he got the Facebook message from me. He told me later that the only reason he messaged me back was because the looked at my pictures and thought that I was cute. Psh...boys. Well I guess I can't complain because look where we are now! Our first day of school our Sophomore year (we were now going to the same school) I said "hi" to him in the hall and he finally knew who I was! Throughout the wrestling season we got to be closer and closer friends. I actually had a big crush on someone else and so Josh and I were just friends for a long time. But like every chick flick out there, I fell in love with my best friend. So on April 18, 2011 I took the leap. The big leap. I told Josh that I liked him liked him. Not friend like. I'm glad I took that leap. Because ever since April 18, 2011, we've been inseparable.

Our last date before he leaves! You can't tell but we are in the same place as our first date! 

 Sure, Josh and I have been through our ups and downs together. We've broken up a number of times for different reasons. But we always found ourselves together again. We couldn't go long without being with each other. And now here we are, 3 years later.
